Bringing Amazing People and Experiences to New Audiences
The power of the goose is perception. People with the goose totem animal are observant and vigilant.
It is our intention the create and share the work of good people in the world, to tell under-told stories in ways that leave people thoughtful and open to new ideas, and ways of seeing the world and people around them. Wounded Goose facilitates the telling of intriguing narratives, yours and ours.
Our stories have been featured at film festivals across the united States, and also on PBS and Amazon Prime ("Owned: A Tale of Two America's". We are currently in post production for a new film that will be completed by the end of 2022.
Wounded Goose creates documentaries and PodCasts to share across a diversity of experiences, in order to assist in moving a stagnant humanity into evolved spaces.
Over the course more than three decades of group facilitation, and seven years of documentary production, many signifiant stories have yet to be told.
We reserve time for a small number of clients, to assist them in sharing unique and undertold experiences.
We're a group of creatives, documentary film and media artists; directors, producers, photographers, animators, editors and conscientious human beings, who wish to see change in this world.
Through imagery, we convey new ideas, or ways of thinking, as a way to inspire thoughtful conversations and actions that leave our planet in better shape, believing that humanity is currently heading in the wrong direction. Though we believe this, we also believe that we have the capacity to change course.

Over the past four years, our team has travelled to countries around the world, to capture the ongoing impacts of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade and the American Civil War. By year end, the feature length film will be completed.

Next fall, when you see Geese heading south for the winter, flying along in V formation, you might consider what science has discovered as to why they fly that way. As each bird flaps its wings, it creates an uplift for the bird immediately following. By flying in V formation, the whole flock adds at least 71% greater flying range than if each bird flew on its own.
People who share a common direction and sense of community can get where they are going more quickly and easily because they are traveling on the thrust of one another.
When a goose falls out of formation, it suddenly feels the drag and resistance of trying to go it alone and quickly gets back into formation to take advantage of the lifting power of the bird in front. If we have as much sense as a goose, we will stay in formation with those who are headed the same way we are.
When the Head Goose gets tired, it rotates back in the wing and another goose flies point. It is sensible to take turns doing demanding jobs with people or with geese flying south. Geese honk from behind to encourage those up front to keep up their speed. What do we say when we honk from behind?
Finally, and this is important, when a goose gets sick, or is wounded by gunshots and falls out of formation, two other geese fall out with that goose and follow it down to lend help and protection. They stay with the fallen goose until it is able to fly, or until it dies. Only then do they launch out on their own, or with another formation to catch up with their group. If we have the sense of a goose, we will stand by each other like that.
